I am not disappointed.....just confused. I received a call from a tenant at 6.30 last night stating the floor maintenance crew did not know how to get their hoses to the upper floors. I told her to tell the crew to call their supervisor....and then I waited for a call which never came. I presume work was not done....they did not know how to get to upper floors, I presume they had to code to reach janitor closet to use water source or drain. So I presume it was a new crew and needs to be rescheduled.....??
Quick and easy no issues
The various additional services were not mentioned AT ALL during my reservation phone call. What was quoted as a $95 job wound up being a $158 job after all was said and done because the guy who came to clean the carpet made it sound like it was absolutely necessary or else my carpet would smell. Having said that, the job was pretty good, although the maple syrup did not really come out of the carpet.
No residue to attract dirt to the carpet...I hope!
The tech was very professional and took the time to listen and look at our problem areas. After he completed a room he asked my husband and I go look it over abd asked if we were happy. He took his time and did a great job!

no soapy residue
Quickly done carpet came out fine. The only thing that bothered me was that when it came time to pay he did not have a swipe machine on his phone and he put my entire debit card number in including the 3 digit number on the back of my card
I was happy with the furniture cleaning...the carpet was about 80% cleaner but my problem was with the tile. It looks about the same as it did before. I have been on my hands and knees with a toothbrush cleaning the grout after paying over $400 to have you do it. Needless to say, that does not make me very happy.

I had to keep calling for the technician, as my appt time was between 10 and 1 pm, but when he finally arrived at 2pm, he was great. My carpets were thrashed and didnt come out well, but it wasn't your fault. I just need to replace them. Thank you for a great tech. He was nice, thorough and friendly. Thank you
