The process is fantastic. Our crepet looks new after 16 years becasue of Zero Rez and the technicians are always, kind, personable and AWESOME.. YOu are the best!

I was told that the ZEROREZ TEAM would arrive between 10 & 1 o'clock and I waited all morning.. Instead after I called two times for an update they finally arrived at 1:10 pm. If there were any delays they should call me as I had other errands to do that day.....
The technician was very knowledgeable of the products and methods to clean my very dirty carpets. He was concise. He explained everything he had to do prior to the service and provided a final price before any actions were taken. I felt very comfortable with his service and I felt it was a good value for my dollar.
I have used Zerorez for at least 10 years. It is the best carpet cleaning there is. I was most pleased with the two guys who did my carpet on Wednesday afternoon. They were polite, and worked hard at doing a very good job. They both were loyal to their company, but both strived for customer satisfaction.

This is my third time using this company and I've been happy every time! Incredibly professional and friendly service men and my carpet always looks like new.
Mostly, I liked the technician. He was very friendly, thorough, and most important, he did a super job at making my horrible looking carpets look great!! I also like the fact that my carpets were dry within the 4-6 hours as stated. I was also pleasantly surprised at the price to clean all the carpets in my house. Thank you very much Zerorez.

The technician Anthony was very informative and helpful. The schedule was timely and the followup emails and calls were awesome. We have major pet problems and he did a great job taking care of them. We've used 2 different carpet cleaning companies in 3 years and zerorez was definately the best. We will use you guys everytime now. I never leave bad reviews (unless I truly want to protect the next consumer) but I always leave good reviews when it is due. It's very easy to complain but it's much harder to praise. Zerorez, particularly Anthony, deserve to be praised.

Very pleased with the service and the work performed by the technician. As some areas were very heavily soiled I expected that there would be some additional charges. I did not, however, expect the final total to be three and a half times what I was originally quoted. I will likely, going forward, have cleaning done more frequently by a less expensive service as there are a myriad of providers available.

I WAS GIVEN THE PRICE OF $187.00 FOR THE CLEANING OF MY CARPETS PRIOR TO THE WORK BEING DONE , AS THE PREVIOUS OWNER HAD PETS I AGREED EVEN THOGH I HAD THE OFFER OF $29.00 PER ROOM AND AS THE 4 ROOMS WERE SMALL I THOUGHT IT A GOOD IDEA TO GIVE THE CARPETS A GOOD CLEAN PRIOR TO MOVING INTO THE PROPERTY. WHEN THE WORK WAS DONE I WAS INFORMED THE PRICE WAS $412.00 I SAID THAT WAS NOT THE PRICE YOU QUOTED AND I WAS TOLD I MUST OF MISUNDERSTOOD THE QUOTE WHICH I NEW I DID NOT BECAUSE I WOULD NEVER OF AGRRED TO PAY THAT LARGE AMOUNT AND HAD A LESSER CLEANING DONE, I WAS STANDING QUITE SHOCKED AND ALONE IN AN EMPTY HOUSE A LADY OF 62 QUITE SHAKEN I PAID THE MONEY AND CALLED YOUR OFFICE IMMEDIATELY AND THE LADY SAID I SHOULD OF ASKED FOR A BREAKDOWN OF SERVICES PRIOR TO THE WORK STARTING INFORTUNATELY I TOOK HIS WORD AND GOT WELL AND TRUELY RIPPED OFF. I ALSO SHOULD OF RECEIVED 100 SQUARE FEET OF TILE CLEANED FREE OF CHARGE I WAS LUCKY TO GET 60 SQUARE FEET OF CLEANING . I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW YOU WILL MAKE THING RIGHT? THIS IS NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
