It's a little early to tell about the stain removal that was done. the customer service from the first response to the floor techs. that came out to the house are all top notch Friendly and knowledgeable.
The service and carpet cleaning were excellent. The area I had an issue with was the pricing, specifically the fuel surcharge. There is no doubt you have overhead costs to run your business, but to add an arbitrary charge makes the company look less valid. Adding in the total costs with specific line items in relation with carpet cleaning should be the practice. It felt to me like a fake charge was added to up the costs...especially when gas is on the lower end these days. As it gets hotter in Las Vegas, in a few months will there be an air conditioning charge or water usage fees due to water restrictions. My point is just charge flat fees to make your money (it is absolutely acceptable to simply raise your carpet cleaning costs $8) and get rid of the fuel charge nonsense.
The way the carpets look after being cleaned. They look brand new. The technician is well informed and let us know the options available.
The technicians are nice people and also do a great job. Our carpet had some unsightly spots which were removed before I realized the technician had started working on them. Thank you for a job well done.

It was frustrating that I called to book an appointment to use the special that was being advertised, but as soon as the tech walked in he started explaining how everything would cost more than advertised and the pet treatment would be extra and the stain resistant treatment would be extra. I felt like it was 1 upsell after another and it became very stressful. I just wanted the carpets cleaned. The tech did an excellent job when he finally cleaned them but what I expectes would only cost me $200 turned into $400 and he just kept trying to get the bill higher. It very much felt like false advertising as nothing was as advertised. In fact, he never even cleaned any tile because the tile I have "costs more" than advertised and he wasn't qualified to clean it. You need to come up with a firm all inclusive price and stick to it rather than nickel and dime customers. What a miserable experience. Initially I even considered having my couches cleaned but after the coat was so high, icouldnt afford it. The tech threw 1 couch in but now it is cleaner than the other two.

Juan was a very good representative for your company. The only complaint I have is that I was under the impression that because we didn't do the free tile cleaning, we were supposed to get a small area rug cleaned. We were charged 25.00 and the rug was NOT that large.
it works the technican did his job in a workmanship manner and even then I was doubtful but the end result was great it is my intention to have this done at minimum of once a year and most likely twice a year.

My technician was fantastic. He was friendly and really nice.
But I feel like the carpet doesn't look much different from before. There's a few spots that seem to still be faintly in the carpet. And for paying a lot extra (more than what I was quoted on the phone) for the more expensive pet service, he said he pulled out a lot of dog hair. But when I sat on the carpet later in the evening, I can still see hair visibly in the carpet.
It doesn't smell which is good, but wasn't as good as I thought it would be for what was paid.
