Clean new equiptment, process appears to deliver as promised .
The customer service person Gabby whom I spoke with was very pleasant, kind and informative, regarding your cleaning process. She recommended viewing your online video which I had already watched. You were referred to me by a neighbor who had Stanley Steamer as myself in the past and said your system was superior.
Your technician Branden was so very informative, polite, and very knowledgeable. Everyone who I spoke with from the start was very professional, accommodating and pleasant. Luis came to my house and did a fantastic job. I would recommend zerores to everyone. I had hard pet stains to be removed and now you can't even tell the animals have been in the house.

Be up front about the costs. I was told a thorough cleaning was $33 a room. That was not the case. 4 rooms cost $300. That's a big difference in the quoted price of $132. And the tech did a great job on the carpets, he left the tiles a mess. Foot prints, water marks, ect.
