I had schedule a cleaning and the service technician was prompt, quick and my carpets look brand new! I will be booking again for all my cleaning services!
Be more specific, about sizes. I don’t think you should tell someone that lives on the second floor, by the way we charge additional 60 for setting up stairs. 3 rooms? I still paid over 160 that included a 40 dollar pre treatment, but for a living room and stairs, it’s an apartment. 160? The tech was good he was quick diligent, and respectful. But $160?
Tech was super friendly, arrived early, finished on time, and did a great job.

There are spots on the carpet that even our bissel gets off in 2min that were still there and we had to clean the carpet the same day after zero rez “cleaned” them.
Zerorez did an outstanding job in cleaning my living room, dining room, family room and stairs. I was planning on replacing the family room carpet but it turned out so nice that we are now planning to keep it for a few more years. Owyn took the time to explain the process they used and didn't try to upsell us any unnecessary services. I highly recommend Zerorez and will be using them again in the near future.
Your service is very good however your employees are exceptional. My service provider yesterday was a man I nicknamed “Mac”. I don’t hear well and didn’t seem to mind. Very nice man with a great attitude.Personable, professional and kind is a winning combination for all concerned. I will request “Mac” again!
First, the tech was very professional and did an excellent job with communication. Because you don't use soap on the carpets for cleaning, there is no crusty residue. I am very happy with your service.

Zerorez’s services live up to their promise. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the technician and the job he provided. My area rugs are spotless thanks to a job well done.
Overall a good experience. A couple spots didn’t come out and a rug didn’t come clean. There was mechanical issues with the truck that delayed the extraction process after the pre-treatment was applied but tech (Ian) didn’t give up and was able to troubleshoot the problem and finish the job much faster than it was taking to get another truck to come do the extraction. Ian was very professional and calm under a stressful situation. 10 stars for Ian.
The technician called, was able to come a little earlier than the appointment time, set everything up, evaluated my area rug and cleaned the carpets in no time at all. He was professional, explained everything and answered any questions I had.

ZeroRez does a great job. Always professional. I have used them for over 20 years. First time was in California. To be honest, I don't even call anyone else. They have done my carpets, area rugs, floors and duct cleaning. You won't be disappointed.
Professionalism a sense of doing it right the first time a carpet that dries quickly he was able to get all of his stains out and he was very professional It was a privilege to invite him to our home.💕
