Dear Customer Service,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the upholstery cleaning service recently performed at my home and to request that you review the charges associated with the work.
One of the primary reasons we selected your company was the marketing and advertising surrounding your upholstery cleaning process. Your materials describe the service as revolutionary, state-of-the-art, and significantly more effective than traditional cleaning methods. Based on those representations, we expected a noticeably superior result.
Unfortunately, the cleaning results did not meet those expectations. The couches did not appear substantially cleaner than they had after previous cleanings performed by another company, nor did they appear significantly improved beyond what we had been able to accomplish ourselves. Given the premium pricing and the claims made in your advertising, the outcome was disappointing.
We were also surprised by an additional charge that was presented on the day of service. We were informed that cleaning the backside of the couch cushions would cost an additional $10 per cushion, resulting in an extra charge of $120. We agreed to the charge at the time because we believed it was necessary to ensure the couches were cleaned completely.
However, upon reviewing the invoice, the additional $120 appears to have been billed as a “Level 1 Bio Treatment,” which is described as a treatment for biological contamination of flooring and fibers. This description does not seem to align with the explanation provided by the technician regarding cleaning the reverse side of the cushions.
More importantly, when paying $400 for couch cleaning, we believe it is reasonable to expect that the entire couch, including all surfaces of the cushions, would be included in the service. Even after paying the additional charge, we discovered that the sides of the cushions were still not cleaned.
Given the combination of the unexpected upsell, the discrepancy between the explanation provided and the invoice description, and the overall cleaning results, we do not feel that we received the value or level of service that was represented when we selected your company.
We would appreciate a review of this matter and would like to discuss an appropriate resolution, including reimbursement of the additional $120 charge and any other accommodation you believe is appropriate.

Easy to schedule service, great communication and preparation instructions from beginning to end, courteous and respectful staff. Asael did a great job explaining what work needed to be done and then proceeded to do an excellent job on the carpet and couch, giving special treatment to problem areas we had.
I am highly dissatisfied with how my carpet came out. There was no fragrance, even tho my carpet was not heavily soiled, it did not come as clean as I expect it. The rep cleaned 3 rooms and stairs under an hour. The job was not done correctly.

We only use Zerorez for our carpet cleaning. The process is amazing and so are the Techs. Our carpet is always clean like brand new.
I love the ease of scheduling and the friendliness of the employees. That and the quality of cleaning provided by Zerorez are one of the reasons we have used Zerorez several times now.
Our carpets look pretty good but while we didn't have a huge job it did seem like the cleaning was accomplished quicker than it has in the past and there were still a couple of small dark spots that were still on the carpet once it dried. We used a cleaner to remove them so I just have to wonder why they didn't come up with the cleaning like similar other spots.
I had my appointment between 10am-1pm
Technician showed up around 10:15- began unloading hoses and equipment he left at 10:48am
I paid for 3 rooms 1 stair case and a hallway. $227.00 was my total for these areas. No citrusy smell as with other companies and carpet looks the same. Total waste of my money.

Jay was amazing! He came in introduced himself he sent me a text letting me know he was on his way! I showed him what rooms I was wanting to be done and with the special online I got the stairs done as well with my 2 rooms! It took less than 2 hours from start to finish, and it took about 24 hours to completely dry with fans blowing to! We have dogs and I just wanted to make sure my house doesn’t smell like dogs! After getting my carpets cleaned it smells amazing and the carpets feel brand new! The price for everything was a lot more affordable than I had anticipated! I will definitely have them clean my carpets again for sure!!

We asked for all carpets to be cleaned. I was not home for cleaning. I got home a few hours after the gentleman was already gone and the house smelt so bad. When I called on Monday to complain (because they did the service late Saturday) they told me that could happen when thermostat is turned above 69 degrees. Could have been because no windows were open and thermostat was at 75 degrees. She also stated the carpets probably needed to be deodorized. The gentleman called me during cleaning to add on other services and I even added on $60 worth of services and if I knew it didn’t come with a deodorizer I would have paid it. I have just received my deposit and they charged me $300 to have the carpets redone correctly. I am highly upset considering I would have paid less to add on the deodorizer I was never offered. My boss uses this company and I never thought this would happen to me because they do such a good job.
The lady I spoke to over the phone was amazing and offered to have the carpet redone correctly and add on the deodorizer for a discounted cost but I had to turn keys in Monday morning and they said they would call me when a good day for y’all to return but then owner of house said they did not want to go through the same company and they would be using a different company. The home owner charged us $300 from our deposit to have carpets redone and I think this money should be returned to me from your company. I can also provide proof they took from our deposit for carpet cleaning if need be.
Quality of the service is great but it is a bit expensive.
