You didn’t honer the price you quoted me! The person who showed up to my rental property was very nice! Your supervisor are not friendly and they are not customer advocate! I originally signed up for basic cleaning then I was advised that it would be $80 extra for brush and spot cleaning. When I called your office to ask why I need to pay extra since I didn’t pay extra for my other rental property. The supervisor got upset instead of staying professional saying she doesn’t see my other house on the system and advise the service guys to charge me extra. So I had to pay another 40 extra. When I asked the representative why it’s now 120 extra instead of 80! He said the office said that the supervisor! And he said he is sorry, very professional. I’m in customer service too. I won’t be using you anymore and I will advise all my family, friends and customers. So instead of spending money on advertising on radio and other places train your representatives on the phone to be understand and not to revenge and increase the cost when you already quoted me a different price for spot cleaning. I’m very upset. I think you should refund the extra money you charged me! Thank you for sending me the survey!
