The tech should have cleaned the rooms twice, the carpet still shows stains, dirt. I pointed out a small area that was still dirty, the tech said it was as good as it was going to get. I suggested to do it again, he did and it cleaned nicely. Tech was a nice young man but, I expected a better experience.
After my carpet dried it look almost like new carpet. It hasn't been cleaned this good in a long time. I would recommend your carpet cleaning service to friends and family.

We’ve had Zerorez out a few times, maybe 3 or 4, in the last 11 years, and have always had a good experience. Our carpets are at least a decade old. They came to deep clean my carpets yesterday and the carpets almost match the color of carpet in an area that was the original carpet color under an area rug. Not only is the quality of work really impressive, but the technicians have always been so respectful and knowledgeable.
