It was easy to schedule.
However, I didnt feel like the carpets were clean afterwards. So I used a shampooed the carpets myself and so much dark dark brown water was drained. I just feel like I wasted my money using your service.
Prompt, courteous, and professional. Did a great job cleaning my carpet (including pet stains and oder) in order to put house on market. Would definitely recommend.

The technicians constant communication, his friendliness, and his overall service. It seemed liked he finished cleaning my stairs in about 45 minutes. I highly recommend and will also use this company again.

Fourth or fifth cleaning from Zerorez. And the service was exceptional as expected. My tech contacted me in a timely manor to report his arrival time. He showed respect of my home by having and wearing shoe coverings when entering my home. He was polite and got right to work. It has been three days now and my carpets are very clean and smell good. I will be calling Zerorez next time my carpets are needing a cleaning.
