For the most part, the service is excellent. The technicians do a really really good job. Owen was very polite and was here within the timeframe given. After he left and the rugs that were done dried, my husband noticed that a little more time could’ve been spent on the area rugs. Especially our 5 x 7.
All in all, we are happy with zero Rez service and will probably be getting our couch done.
Eric was amazing!! He was very thorough and got my carpet cleaning in my rooms done right away. The service was quick as well. This is my second time I’ve hired them for carpet cleaning.

Did a great job on the carpet. Left no residue just a clean smell. Very happy with the service. The young man was very professional and knowledgeable. Explained the whole process. My carpet looks brand new. Very satisfied. Will definitely use the service again and definitely recommend.

The technician who came to our house was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. He offered useful suggestions and insight that will help us to maintain our carpeting looking new. He was respectful and protected our furnishings and wall corners from his equipment, hoses, etc., which we really appreciated considering our home was completely remodeled a couple of months ago and still in "like new" condition. We will definitely hire Zerorez again as needed, and I hope we get the same technician when we do!

Service personnel are always professional they are about their business when they arrive w/o being stuffy. They do an excellent job, my carpets are cleaned w/o excessive suds & wetness. My home smells fresh & clean.

It was easy to schedule the service and I received follow up emails, texts, and calls. I had questions, so it helped to talk with someone before the service. The service tech called before arrival. Tracey was so nice and so helpful. He checked my place out thoroughly and discussed my order making sure I knew the final price before he started. He was very sweet with my dog! The carpet feels clean and looks better. The air feels cleaner too. There is no chemical or odd smell - it smells and feels fresh.
The areas are small for the price charged. Cleaning a few scattered rugs could be included.
Also a single level home saves time for the worker.
You make a mess on tiles floors and never bring anything to clean it up..
Staff did not go out of their way to clean carpet. Didn’t even move a plastic tree. Person that came back was rude. Carpet feels stiff. Don’t place foam pieces or anything under wood furniture on wet carpet. At 77 I’ve had many carpets cleaned and never had service like this. As a first time customer I’m disappointed. Do you pay your staff by the job or hourly. Might want to remind last guy he should be grateful to have a job but to be paid he should be willing to do what he is asked to do regardless of whether he feels it necessary. He thought my request to clean a missed corner was “unbelievable”.
