There was no follow up from management on the mess left in the street. Employee came back and cleaned it up the best he could. That was appreciated. I was told someone would come by but there was no follow up after that. The lack of customer service on the company's part, not the employee, would lead me to not use this company again. Therefore, not a company I would recommend to my neighbors.

The process it’s self
Everything went well, Braden the service tech arrived on time. It was very friendly and answered all my questions. He recommended Scotch guard, and explained everything well. Carpet dried in the normal timeframe and was very nice looking when it was completed.

I am so happy I chose Zerorez to clean our carpets! Zach was our technician and was respectful and thoroughly explained the process. We did add on deep cleaning services due to having cats and I am so glad. He even showed me later how much was picked up during the cleaning. The timeframe was approximately one hour to clean three rooms and my carpets look and feel brand new! I will definitely continue with Zerorez for their services and highly recommend that anyone who reads this to do the same.
