The service
Well, I signed up and received many emails about the black Friday special, 25% off. But because got a discount my first time @160, I could not use the 25 % off..of course I learned that when the technician showed up.
I have a 10 x 14 area wool rug, why should that be 4 times the advertised amount for a 10x10 room (39$).
It takes 20 minutes to clean my rug. Owen was nice but wanted to talk to me about how hard it is to get a coffee stain out, it would look better when it dried, too many words and not enough action. I used oxi spray to finish the job, which got out the code stain.
I could have been a customer for life, but I feel like I was cheated. If you guys would have given me 25% off all would have been good.
On time for cleaning. Friendly service representative. Great job, completed quickly. Took the time to ensure no damage to my property while cleaning the carpet. Best service in Las Vegas period.

The edges of my area rugs are all still dirty. I was told the fringes on the rugs were cleaned but they were never wet. The stairways don’t appear clean and the few stains are still very clear.
At first I was excited and so was told the carpet would look better once dry. It doesn’t. I am very unhappy.
I need the area rugs redone. The landings on both of the stairways. The area rugs and frindges need to be cleaned. I could done a better job with my bissell.
I like the cleaning process better than Stanley Steamers. Unfortunately it was cold yesterday so it will take extra time to completely dry out.
Jayden H. was awesome. He didn’t give me the lecture on my 30 years old carpet (still somewhat looking good!) that needed this and that. He might not ‘up-sale’ me on things that I don’t need at this time because no one knows my carpet better than me!
He is a hard worker (with a smile on his face) and try to shoot for the best!
I would like to see him again in 6 months and I already referred my neighbors to you.
Good service just wish they provided something to help dry the carpets rather than me running my AC and ceiling fans all day

I like that your products don’t leave residue. The technician worked diligently to get the stains out of the carpet. He explained what he was doing when some stains didn’t come out.
The technician was courteous and professional, and the carpet didn’t feel rough or smell funny after the cleaning.
