I believe this is the 3rd or 4th time Zerorez has cleaned our carpets and they have always done a very good job. My appointment for set up quickly for 2 days after I called. The gentleman called before arrival to let us know he was on his way a little early and asked if that was ok. He got here soon after that call and had my carpets clean about hour after or original start time. Carpets look great and we are now ready for the holidays.

Polite techs, knowledgble, open to requests
Fast availability and great service. I’ve use this company twice to clean my 12 x 15’ rug and my carpets and they’ve always been super fast and very good at everything they do. I actually called a smaller company to quote the rug and they were much more expensive than zeroes. I will be using zerorez every six months to clean my carpets.

How wonderful our carpet looks. No others have every been able to get it so clean, and fresh, and soft, and beautiful. Our carpet is 32 years old and is off white, btw! We are always happy with the service. Out technician this particular time was outstanding! Karujah S., thorough and consciencious.
