The crew was fantastic. Very professional. My turf hadn’t been cleaned since install a year ago. After the process of cleaning the turf it looked brand new again. And the product they used has a very refreshing smell. I was very happy with this company and will use them again.
Fantastic customer service! There was an error in date of my appointment. I did not notice until i called the day I thought i had scheduled only to find out the day was wrong. They found a tech to come out that day! No extra cost and they did an excellent job! I will definitely be using Zerorez again!

I have already referred a friend to this company because their carpet cleaning process always removes periodic dog urine stains and odor, the drying time is reasonably quick, it leaves the carpet looking great, my home smelling fresh and it all comes with a 30-day guarantee. A good job was done in some areas where there were marks on the carpet that are gone now.
However, there appear to be new dark marks in some areas of carpet that were not dark before cleaning. At this time, my perception is this cleaning was not as good as the prior cleaning, especially as the technician upsold me over $200 above the quote I was given over the phone.
There also appears to be an extra non-existent room that I was charged for on the bill which has already been paid.
24 hours after cleaning, I'm disappointed.
