What is there NOT to like? I've hired your services twice and both times I got 5 star service! Your staff is clean and neat. Very knowledgable and on time both time! I have already told many of my friends and coworkers! So far I know of two friends/co-workers who has already used your services! I've had my carpets cleaned many times in several of my homes and the cleaners usually had to make a 2nd cleaning the following day. That's NOT the case with Zero Rez! I will continue to use your services in the future!!

returning calls! i had called on friday around 430 and left message and i know office doesnt close until 5 but no one called back at all!! thought maybe call back on saturday or even monday but no call back! other than that you guys do a good job. one more thing i would like the guys to wear booties the whole time they are there not only after they clean the carpet. thanks!

Don't stick it to us after your alresdy there doing work. I'll always remember that the $99. job end up at $250. by the time you leave. I know everyone does it but that doesn't set well with the customer.
