The technician was the face of the company. Brian was organized with his process and considerate with his equipment. When I explained what I wanted (didn't want the dirt release oil sprayed up the stairs) he kindly complied. The method seemed very sound and the results were great. Yes, I have contractor grade carpet that is just over 2 years old. Yes, it shows definite signs of wear - but Zerorez was able to remove the spots and give the area a fresh, unmarked look. Brian cleared away his equipment carefully and my stone foyer was wiped dry before he left. I will definitely use them again.

Very polite and professional young man cleaned the sofas . The result was visibly brighter sofas with all pet hair removed !!! The sofas were slightly damp to the touch , but without any sticky "residue" feel. Very happy customer.
