Everyone we dealt with was pleasant, helpful, informative and professional. We also like that unnecessary chemicals were not used to clean our carpet.
I wasn't totally satisfied with the tile grout cleaning. I went and inspected before the technician applied the sealer and found several areas that still looked dirty or stained. I said something and he brought his machine back inside and went over one of the areas. I got a toothbrush out and scrubbed the areas myself and removed the majority of the issues I saw with the exception of some very stubborn areas. It just seems like there should be an alternative method when the machine doesn't reach certain areas or if something doesn't look right. I should not have had to break out a toothbrush when we paid $200 an hour for you to clean our floors. Overall it looks much better and I am mostly satisfied with the final result I just wish you had a tool to get into detail areas especially when a homeowner points out areas. Also at the initial walk through I said I wanted to know the price to seal the foyer area before hand and was never quoted he just went ahead and did it.
Kellen was very friendly, professional and courteous. I love the smell, kind of citrus, very clean and all stains gone!
All of the pieces of furniture, upholstery, are just as dirty as they were before the cleaning.

Carpets were cleaned thoroughly and the drying time was much less than other providers. Also, the post-treatment scent was appealing; often times, the methods and chemicals used by other providers has an odor that lingers for several days.
