The products that was used to clean my carpet was just what it needed. There was no sticky feeling with the carpet the following day after it had dried and it made my old carpet look like new. The associate took the extra time to explain the process before, during the cleaning process and after he had finished the cleaning. He was a true professional.

Kellen was a very nice young man. This has nothing to do with his professionalism. Two of us live here with a dog whose feet are washed outside before she comes in.
Our carpet was dirty in high traffic areas. We expected to see even color of carpet and allowed two days for it to dry to be sure of what we were seeing. We vacuum 3 times a week! We vacuumed today. There are many light and dark streaks, a couple of large amoeba shape dark spots and a line in the shape of a lasso none of these were there previously. We did not expect miracles but are very disappointed with the outcome. It almost seems as if dirty easer was going back into the carpet or it just didn't get evenly pulled out. In addition to the expense for cleaning, we boarded our dog - wanting to be sure the carpet would dry completely.
