Your technician was fabulous.
A carpet cleaning service we used almost two years ago created our problem, two other services failed to help. Since Seth cleaned our carpet it looks amazing. I love your product - which really works! Seth is awesome - considerate, professional and great at explaining everything. We have one more room to do, then we'll be calling you for regular cleanings. Thank you for a job very well done.
Very good on high traffic areas. The technicians we had , both of them, were extremely helpful and explained everything they were doing. Also explained how to maintain the carpets and made suggestions on other services we could use and did it in a very nice way. They both were excellent representatives of your company.
Chris is very knowledgable about Zerorez and the products that he uses and how they should be used. There was a big stain left on my beige carpet when a large glass of Strawberry Diaquai turned over on it one Friday night. The stain sat for 6 days until Chris could get to my house to treat it. I was worried about the stain coming out after so many days of sitting like that. However, Chris worked with the stain (reversal heat or something) and I'm tickled pink that so much of the stain has come out. He is definitely an asset to this company! I like Austin, also...He is a personal and pleasant person. I would trust both of these young men in my home....

Ivan was on time, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful with light furniture. Results are incredible, especially in area of pet accidents. One carpet was covered with pet stains from my diabetic dog - they are all gone! No spots, no odor! Thank you Zerorez!

Zeroes has done a great job cleaning my carpets and tile. Some 'shadowing' (for lack of a better description) appeared on my chairs after cleaning and Zerorez came back and re leaned my chairs without a second thought. They look great now and I appreciate their effort to maintain quality customer service! I will continue to use Zerorez and recommend their services!

I called on a Friday and was able to get my carpets cleaned the following Monday. I was a little disapointed when I recieved a quote for $129 and then was charged $309 for pet treatments. I would think we should know the possibility of the high price while scheduling
I like the fact that you take the necessary time to do the job right. You are more expensive than other carpet cleaners but I feel that this is a case of where you get what you pay for.
