We had the pleasure of having Austin Formby as our technician and one other technician. Both tech's were kind and professional and very knowledgable and gave us options to customize the cleaning to our needs. Carpets look and smell amazing and all three couches are looking like new.

There were "brush marks" or streaks remaining on parts of the sofas that diminish the otherwise good job that shouldn't be there.
Some of the dirt came back gf when it dried.
