Seth the technician was a consummate professional at all times. He outlined step by step what he was putting on the carpet as what each product did. Explained the reason why the company is called Zerorez. I will recommend this product to all my neighbors and friends.

Ben was very professional and explained procedure before starting. I have a sensitivity to fragrances so the dlimonene was an issue for me. I would suggest if you have a sensitivity to plan to be away from house for the day. We were gone most of the day and left fans, air on. When we returned it was still strong so we opened all doors, fans all remained on, etc. It took about 2 days before the fragrance subsided. Other than my personal issue we were pleased with the service.

Spencer was on time and explained the service he was to perform for me. He also went over the cost that we had agreed upon at the Home and Garden Show. Spencer cleaned the carpets in my 5 rooms and a hallway in 1 hour and 15 minutes. After the carpets were dry the next day they looked great.
