The no residue left on the carpet, safe for children and pets
Technician showed up on time and explained what he was going to do. It didn't take him long to do although we have a big house too. Our rugs look great!

I had such a truly nice gentleman to service our home. He worked hard to make sure every stain was addressed and was very careful about the paint and woodwork not to damage it. Hired 2 other cleaning companies since moving in 8 years ago. One company took 24 hours for carpet to dry, one had very unfriendly employee that came over. Both cleaned the carpet fine but could not clean the kitchen/bathroom tile - one said it was too "stained" to try the other got it a couple shades lighter. Zerorez got the tile back to the original grout color! Kitchen and bath tile look brand new! Only problem now is the bathroom tile is so clean it makes the bath rug looks old and dirty LOL! Robert was very friendly and did a great job!
My tile floors were stripped and cleaned. An overall big improvement. I was told that 100% of the coating may not come up upon stripping and that is understandable. While most of it did come up, there are some areas that I feel could have been worked on more, such as areas around doorways to other rooms/areas right against floorboards. Also, I have wood floors in my bedrooms and I requested something be put down to prevent water from going under the door. That was not done and there was overspray on my wood floors.
I absolutely loved how your product was able to remove some of the toughest stains. Also, the man providing the services was absolutely a great person to work with. He really knew his stuff and was very nice. We will definitely use you again.

Quality cleaning products and the technician was on time. My technician explained the steps that he would be doing to clean my carpet and wore booties on his shoes in order to keep my floor clean which I appreciated.
