Our service rep was extremely dedicated to see that we were satisfied with the service. He went the extra steps to address a soiled, high traffic area, which we appreciated. While some issues are the fault of the carpet manufacturer, he did what he could do to get the best clean possible in our situation. We were very pleased.

Two rooms that were done have a very stiff feeling to the carpet pile that I didn't think would happen

tech couldn't find house, looked at incorrect info in system that I requested to change more than once.
The truck looked old and had rot inside.
After long set up, ran out of water. Needed to fill water that took over 20 min.
I received a 25.00 discount. Thank you.
Then the break down of hoses took long as well, and tech did not over see water on wood floors and drips on stairs. I pointed stair drips, but he didn't check all stairs. Later that day I wiped each step to insure no water stains.
But I will say the rugs look good.

Excellent service

The young man that came out did 3 bedrooms in 45 minutes. He only went over the carpets once and there was obvious dirt left on the carpet when he left. I used Zerorez because my parents raved about how clean the carpet was. Unfortunately I didnt have the same experience.

it really did the job and smelled so good

Zack did a very thorough job and even cleaned up a little spot in my shower that was not on the original estimate.. I'm getting ready to put the house on the market and they shined the grout up nicely and removed a few spots from my 14 year old dog who isn't as quick to the door anymore.
