Prompt service and great cleaning
I had several area rugs to be cleaned, including two very good orientals. Some rugs were surface cleaned in our home and one was taken to their "rug spa". I couldn't be happier with the results. All the rugs look and smell great- the rug that went to the spa literally looks like new.
This is the first time I used Zerorez and I was a bit skeptical. Everything about my experience was excellent- great customer service, consistently pleasant and knowledgeable staff and the rugs look great. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

I used you guys before and was happy. The second time around I feel like it was the typical bait and switch from all the other carpet cleaning companies. My last cleaning was almost twice as expensive as initially quoted and even the tech knew he did something fishy because he changed my email so I wouldn't get this feedback request form. I only found out because I didn't get the receipt and when I called in about it my email was incorrect. So I will not be using you guys again.
I'll have to admit that I have been using Stanley Steamer for yrs until my neighbor used you all and I saw the finished product.Everytime I let them do my carpets the water smelled horrible and three days later the carpet looked horrible.Kadajah was very professional and explained your products and how they worked. I explained my concern about my past experiences and she told me I would not be disappointed.My carpets look wonderful,the best they have in a long time,and it smells fresh and clean.Thank you for the great service and I will be telling others about you.
