Service was far better than expected. Because of that, I had my tile/grout done at the same time. I am very happy with the look of my carpet and tile. Keenan was was polite and respectful and got the job done. Thanks so much. I'll be calling again

The sectional that was cleaned was cleaned throughly with no sticky feeling after it dried. I also love having my leather sofa back to its original soft feel.

The quality of this service and products was excellent. They got me in last minute which I really needed and did an amazing job. I was very happy with the service especially since I have a dog and a baby that's about to start crawling so we wanted the carpet extra clean for the baby and I feel that's what we got. Great prices as well.
Our technician Garrett did a great job. He was very professional and answered all my questions. Also, it reflects highly on the company when a marked vehicle with a uniformed employee comes to the customers home, as ZeroRez does. It reassures the homeowner that the cleaning service is legit and safe. I also like the non-soap technology that's used on the carpets.

The kindness and courteous professionalism displayed by the person that answered my call and questions. The service person, Garrett, was very detail oriented, gave me a great description of the service to be performed and was willing to hear my questions. The carpets look new, bright, soft and so cleaned !!!! - even though they are four years old. We were amazed to the fact that there was not wet soak feeling nor residue. Great job!!

Great service and excellent result
When the person came to clean the rug they didn't put any covers on their dirty shoes and when they went upstairs they stained our rug. When he cleaned our tile he didn't do a good job there are large areas of grout that are still as if it was never cleaned and for $175 for such a small space that's pretty ridiculous. I also had to clean the tile 3 times to get a horrible residue off of it which was extremely annoying. Overall he was just dirty he got a lot of water on our carpet while cleaning our tile it was pretty ridiculous and unprofessional. I would have given you 0 stars, but he had a good demeanor and personality and the grout that was cleaned correctly looks good. Way over priced for the work and for the fact I had to put work in. I was so annoyed by his dirty demeanor I decided not to have our tile upstairs cleaned because I was afraid he would ruin our stairs and hallway carpet.
