Our technician did a very good job of explaining the services he was performing and he was very knowledgeable about carpet and tile cleaning. He did a thorough job of cleaning the different areas. He made sure we knew how to care for it as it was drying. Also, he was right on time.

Eric was unbelievably polite, professional and thorough. We had been using Chemdry and our pet stains kept coming back after 2 weeks. It is still yet to be determined, but early indications are that Zerorez will perform much better based on the treatment they used. Its nice to hear an employee speak so highly of the owners of the company too. Refreshing to say the least.
Mitch is a good person! Very helpful, helps me move some items so the carpet under item can be cleaned. Nice guy, goes the extra step in cleaning, he in and out fast, I like that. He is aware of my animals, he does not upset them. He is the reason I use your service, no Mitch, no customer....

Carpet cleaners are very prompt and courteous. They explain all services but are not pushy like some we've had from different cleaners. I love the lack of residue left in the carpet so the carpet stays cleaner, longer. Zerorez is the best!
