Please have your technician remind the homeowner that there may be spots of water around his equipment. Our tech was on-time and very polite, but quiet. He should have mentioned to be very careful throughout the home while he is there with his equipment. I walked down a small hallway while he was at the opposite end of the house, but I saw his hoses, and maybe a fan, in the hallway. I turned around quickly and slipped on a puddle of water. I fell flat on my back on a tile floor, but fortunately did not break anything but am still sore on my tailbone 6 days later. Not good for a 66 year old!

fast, reliable, dried fast without a harsh odor

I really liked the technician who did a great job. My only issue was the rugs were so wet that they took all day to dry. We couldn't move furniture back until the next day. But he did a great job of cleaning our carpets!

You customer service on the phone was exceptional (Becky, I think?) and Eric, my cleaning tech, was professional, friendly and did a good job mopping up extra water on my hardwood floors after cleaning my carpets.

The carpet turned out very nice and clean . He did a great job in getting the stains out .

The provider was timely and professional. The products smell great and do not leave any residue. Carpets dry quickly and all stains were removed. Everything looks brand new. I'm definitely using them again!!

The surface cleaning of our natural wool rug did not go well. It may have helped make my decision if I knew that there could be problems. Beyond that, you guys have been great!

I bought a new house & had zerorez out to clean & seal the tile floors before I moved in & they came out BEAUTIFULLY!!! So happy with their service. The tech showed up early & was done way before I expected.

Robby was very polite and customer friendly. He came out to our house on a recall because the urine smell was still in the carpet. I was told that it would be eliminated. Robby worked diligently to get the smell out. He worked on it until I was satisfied. I would highly recommend Robby He has EXCELLENT work ethics and Zerorez should be proud to have him as an employee.

Brad did a great job! He was able to get out some stains that we thought wouldn't come out. I also liked the fact that you spent time to do the job right. Other companies never seemed to care about customer service. Very happy with the work that was done. Brad was highly personable which was great from the normal auqwired silence.

I LOVE that there is no detergent, no smell and it was an all-natural solution to cleaning my sofa!
