Very pleased with the customer service department. I was not satisfied with the way the carpet looked and they sent someone out the same day and recleaned the carpet. Now it looks like it did last time they cleaned the carpet. Thank you!
Well we pointed out a couple spots in a bedroom but we couldn't go back upstairs cause it was all wet so later on we went up and the spots were still there. Kind of disappointed in that.

Collin arrived on time, called first. Was very neat and professional. Walked through the house with me to explain the carpet cleaning procedure and the pricing. The price I had been quoted over the phone was the same price I was charged. After about an hour the job was complete and I was pleased with the way the carpet cleaned up. A very good job, and very helpful people. I would highly recommend this company!

The service man was excellent in his work ethic pleasant, eager to please and professional. I would request him again.
I was misquoted. I told the girl who called me to schedule the appointment that I have a couch, a chair, and an ottoman. She even asked if the couch was enough to sit 3 people. I said yes. However, she quoted me for a couch, a loveseat, and an ottoman. Thankfully, Courtney, the service tech that came out to do the cleaning saw the error and corrected it. He was very sweet, courteous, and professional. And tried really hard to clean my furniture well. But he missed the whole side of my couch where I had some speckle spots. He did say that they don't really clean sides of couches because they wrinkle. And the side where the spot was didn't get discussed. But I think he should have inspected the entire piece of furniture so he didn't miss anything. Not just the spots I pointed out to him. I didn't stay in my apartment for two days while the furniture dried. I come home and as I'm putting my furniture back into place, I notice the spot he missed. But, not I feel it's too late.

Zeroed did an awesome job in my house. The service paid for itself by renewing our "artist" daughters carpet which i thought was hopeless! The service tech was very professional, and an excellent guy, zerorez is lucky to have him as an employee! Will definitely keep useing.
I have found them to be punctual, friendly and very thorough. I have used their services many times and am very satisfied. I liked my latest service tech the best he really paid attention to any problem areas we discussed. His name is Kourtney.
