My first appointment was a disaster. My furniture looked worse than before "Robert" cleaned it. The next day Courtney came out and cleaned again. He did a good job. However, to have to sit around for 7 hours over 2 days is not what I like to do. For more than $500 I expected a much better result the 1st day. I will not use zerorez again and I will not recommend the company to anyone else.

I was shown all the spots that most likely were permanent but my tech worked over and above and removed most stains. He thoroughly explained every step. He was fantastic. I would rate him a 20 if I could

I like the quality of the work. I like that the carpet cleaning is effective, and that the steaming of the tiles and grout gets them back to looking new. On this visit, I had a 14 year old sofa cleaned. The tech did a great job and I was very happy with the result! He also was professional, clean cut, and personable. He represented the company very well. I enjoyed a conversation with him as he worked. Thanks for offering a quality service.
