For the first time in the nearly 10 years I have been using you I am truly disappointed, the carpets did not appear to be thourghly cleaned in particular one room had streaks where it was cleaned. I asked for the protectant and I don’t think he applied it, he complained that he couldn’t get water pressure. It took him much longer than it had before and he in my opinion was not a good representative of the Zeroez employees. Now, I know I should have responded much earlier and I kept putting it off because I thought it might be me and not the job. I will use Zeroez again, but will not allow that technician to do it. Nothing serious, I know Dalton was fairly new so these things will probably improve.
Maybe during training process it should include communication skills that helps a
customer believe that they confident and competent. Other than that the end product
was good. Please understand I come from the school of thought, "That there's always
room for improvement."
