I had tile and grout cleaned and it looks fantastic. The technician was really nice and did a good job.
Collin was very thorough and explained the process prior and during the process. The results are fabulous. My 30year old couch looks brand new and no dog urine smell.
Your process did not clean the grout. I cannot tell where it made any difference in the grout at all.

The pet tx did The Impossible and got up diarrhea stains out of my carpet that I never ever thought could be salvaged. The young man Eric who worked on it was so focus and so dedicated he works so hard and I know he is the reason why the carpet came out so clean and I'm just grateful that you had the forethought to hire him. The way he represented himself the way he represented the company he needs to be put on as a manager so he can teach others to do what he does

The Zerorez technician, Eric, called to say he was ahead of schedule and asked if he could come a little early. His appearance was professional and he was personable. We went over the scope of the work and addressed any areas needing special attention. He quickly and neatly cleaned the carpets in three rooms and a sectional sofa. He placed a fan in the master bedroom to speed up the drying process for that room. I am very happy with the results and will use Zerorez in the future and recommend them to others.

Nothing serious, I know Dalton was fairly new so these things will probably improve.
Maybe during training process it should include communication skills that helps a
customer believe that they confident and competent. Other than that the end product
was good. Please understand I come from the school of thought, "That there's always
room for improvement."
