The guy you sent out was very professional and thorough. However, I think your green approach lacks the necessary chemicals to achieve better results. I was very disappointed with your company's inability to remove the dust Edge along baseboards and certain spots on the carpet.

Not only did he do an excellent job cleaning our very dirty carpets, he was very polite and helpful and fair suggesting other services we needed. First and foremost, we like that fact that you do not use soaps or harsh chemicals. Next, the technician who handled our service, Reagan, was friendly, kind and courteous. He was also professional as he was able to thoroughly clean the carpet and make it look like new again.
