My experience was great. My technician showed up early, I received ample communication in regards to my treatment, as well as beautiful clean like new carpets. I would be sure to use again to get my carpets back in brand new condition.
Zerorez is an OUTSTANDING company. They currently do the carpets at our office, my house, and now may parents house. I wouldn't use anyone else. They do a thorough job. Don't try to upsell and you get what you pay for. The people that come out to clean your carpet and so nice and trustworthy. I can't say enough nice things about his company.
Zach did an incredible job cleaning our loveseats !! After years of 2 Australian shepherds that loved to rub around all 4 sides leaving a path of oils and discoloration, we were considering reupholstering or even having to buy new, but Zach worked hard at them and now they look almost new. Thank you Zerorez and Zach !! By the way, our carpet looks great too!

This was my first experience with Zerorez. I was very impressed! The service tech name was Corey who I found very professional as well as knowledgeable! Although I was giving a window of time, Corey, was actually early. To me, that was very impressive!! To have someone not only on time, but early. There are many companies that give you a window of time, however, they are late. Not only was Corey professional, he took his time and he did it right! He was at my house on time he took care of the job quickly and expeditiously. He answered all my questions! The next time I need my carpet cleaned, I know who to call. Not only am I going to call Zerorez, I am going to request for the young man who took such a splendid job this time. My compliments go out to Corey and Zerorez!!
Our technician from ZeroRez was so incredibly professional and polite, always referred to me as ma’am, was early, and out within 2 hours. This is the second time we have used them and are still incredibly happy. Our tile, carpets and furniture look incredible.
The fact that the carpet looks clean longer because of no residue. Dries fast and the gentleman that came to perform the work was professional.

The service and quality
I hired Zerorez because I heard about them on 96.1. I contacted them via email and they called me back relatively quickly and gave me a quote over the phone. I wanted about 1500 square feet of carpet done and 1500 square feet of tile plus the cleaning of an arm chair. After receiving a very reasonable quote, I scheduled their service for a Saturday. The technician was prompt and dressed professionally. He cleaned the carpet relatively quickly and then moved downstairs to the tile. Unfortunately that is where things went downhill. My tile was super wet and I had to ask him if he was going to dry it. He said No it would dry itself. He did not use corner guards or a fan. There was a sticky residue all over my tile!!! When I pointed it out to him, he did not know what to do. I called Zerorez and complained. A few days later the owner's son, Chris came out. He did not have a work truck so he spent a couple hours mopping my tile. He then looked at the places that had not come clean on the carpet. He scheduled a third visit. He came out today with an assistant and redid my carpets and tile. He used fans and corner guards. My house looks fantastic!! I will definitely use Zerorez again, but I will be sure to ask for Chris or someone that has been trained properly. They made a wrong, right and that goes along way in my book. Thank you Zerorez! No sticky carpet or tile!
