Very professional. My carpets look great!

We have carpet that hasn't been professionally cleaned since my wife bought the house 10 years ago, so after being recommended by a couple friends, we called Zerorez. The 1st tech, who came over on June 1, was very attentive, but quite frankly, didn't do a very good job (Carpet left very wet, stains not taken out and a couple mystery stains that popped up while he was pre treating the carpet and you could see places he missed in the living room) So, I contacted Zerorez the next day to let them know. The lady I talked with was very apologetic and wanted to get someone out ASAP to get these issues tended to. Today, Friday, June 7, Zack and Darius showed up at my door and WOW! What a difference. They recleaned the living room, recleaned the bedroom (which we weren't unhappy with) and recleaned the hallways and got the mystery stains out. The carpet looks brand new! I have gone from wanting to give Zerorez a low rating and ripping them a new one, to singing their praises from the mountain top!
Anyone can have a bad experience with any company, but not every company will take the time to make sure that having the problems corrected is as pleasant as our recleaning was!

Love Zerorez!! I would never call another company to clean my carpets or tile! (Their tile cleaner is absolute magic, I'm convinced of it!) We recently moved into our new construction home and had an issue with grout haze on our wood-look tile. When our builder sent someone out to acid wash it, the problem just escalated and it literally looked like my floors had been washed in mud - mud that would not wipe off. I was devastated but immediately thought of that 'magic' tile and grout cleaning machine from Zerorez I saw in action at our previous home. I called the office to see if they thought it would be able to take care of my unique problem (likely new grout pulled up from the acid wash that was now covering our tile worse than before). Alexis felt confident they could get it clean, but assured me the technician would gladly 'spot test' it first to be sure before he cleaned the entire home. It worked!! My tile is finally truly CLEAN and now looks the way it was intended to look when we originally closed on our brand new home 2 months ago. I could not be happier! And bonus - the experienced technician was also able to seal our new granite countertops while he was here. Thank you, Zerorez!! #customerforlife

No soap residue

Our rug came out fine. However the tile/grout cleaning - behind the toilet wasn't done, some corners of the wall were left not complete and areas that the tile meets up against the wall were not totally cleaned.

The friendly technician. The carpet was clean and all stains were removed.

Very prompt actually early and the two guys that serviced my home did a great job in a reasonable amount of time . They were pleasant and did a great job of keeping the floors surrounding the carpet and upholstered furniture neat and clean. The furniture also cleaned up very nicely.

Arrived when scheduled. Mitch and Darius were polite, friendly and informative. Job done in timely manner. Carpets look wonderful. Will call again and recommend . Very satisfied. Thanks guys
