Zerorez for Jacksonville FL rates the top of the charts for some of the best service we've received from a company. The staff were responsive, friendly and easy to set up an appointment and answer questions. The techs were polite, respectful and diligent while working in our home. I would highly recommend this company to any other family! We used the carpet service but will have them back for tile and upholstery! I love the fact that they steam cleaned with safe products for my kids and pets, no residue leftover or funky chemical smells that make you second guess having your kids in the room. Our carpet was clean, soft and ready to be played on after they left!!

efficient process with positive results
I wasn't aware of Zerorez until recently. A friend of mine recommended you so I tried your service. Your technician, Colin , was very polite, efficient and completed the job in a quick manner. I was very pleased with the results. He explained the process so I will definitely tell my friends and call you again when I need carpets cleaned.
I have not used another carpet cleaning service in almost 10 years since I discovered Zerorez.
Customer Service is awesome from start to finish. (1) I scheduled an appointment to have a very large sectional cleaned over a month in advance and was given a discount price from a promotion that would be over three weeks before my appointment; (2) I was able to add a piece of furniture to be cleaned at the last minute (not expecting any discount) and the discount was automatically applied, and (3) Ben, the cleaning technician was nice and professional about the add-on and the extra work that he would have to do; (4) Arrived on time and took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do, how long it would probably take, the cleaners he was going to apply and use, etc. He also took the time to answer all my questions, and follow-up questions; AND (5) The sectional looks brand new! Definitely will be a repeat customer. Thank you!
I give Cory a 10 for Customer relations and satisfaction. He was on time and very friendly and professional. We are very pleased with the outcome of the job, however the lady in the office who took my call was not as sharp as I would have liked. The phone call was arduous re all the measurements and pricing. If I had not previously used Zeroez, I would have not put myself through such a non customer friendly process. I suggest you go back to sending someone out to measure and give estimates the first time. The current process is unprofessional and ridiculous to put a customer through.
Technician arrived on time and took care of business. He was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. I would use Zerorez again.
Always great service! I have the same technician and he always does a great job and gives feedback on the care of my carpet. He is kind,professional , and leaves my floors looking amazing! I recommend this company to all my friends and family!
The gentlemen was very polite and on time. He did an awesome job. This was our 2nd or 3rd time getting our rugs cleaned with your company but this guy was the best. He spot cleaned before he actually clean the carpet which was great. He took care of the high traffic areas. Just an overall great job. Sorry I don't have his name my husband was here when he came out and he didn't remember but he also said he did a great job.

The company delivers what it promises. Our technician listens to,what we needed done and he explained what results we could expect. We were not disappointed. Our technician was courteous and professional.
Environmentally friendly, nice employees, great service
After 10 hours the floors were still soaking wet. The guy did a great job and it looks well but the floors were soaking wet. Even the next morning, today, there are still areas that are wet.
Very up front with pricing and professional. Also very easily accessible through the website and by phone. They do a great job and listen to particular needs or concerns. I’ve had my carpet cleaned twice by them and it has always turned out great.
