Excellent customer service and work.
We were so pleased with the cleaning. The carpets were soft and dried quickly. Most of all, we were so impressed with the technician, Michael. He was professional, friendly, and efficient. He explained everything and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. We will definitely recommend him and Zerorez to others.

I was extremely happy with the service. I was able to schedule my appointment quickly. Zach was my technician. He took pride in his work. He went over and over some spots that were troublesome on my recliner and 4 dining room chairs. I didn't think they would come out. He exceeded my expectations! I will reccomend Zerorez to everyone. I will also be using Zerorez to seal my grout. Which Zach informed me was another service Zerorez offers. Thanks for a great job.

I was extremely thrilled with the service I received from Michael. He was friendly, personable, professional and helpful. The new brush machine he used was awesome...I couldn't believe what it pulled out of my rug. I was so amazed I had to take a picture of it to show my husband. I tried this service because I was not satisfied with other services I used in the past. I liked that they use green cleaning products because I have a cat. Most of my problem were pet stains that reoccured. They were awful....these seemed to come out with the cleaning. I also bought their cleaning spray for touch up if needed....All in all I was happy with the job and hope it will remain spot free for awhile.
My husband made the appt but personally speaking, I liked my technician that came to the house. Very smart and informative about the process and an absolute cutie pie.

Great work by the team at Zerorez. Booking was simple and Saturday availability was a perk. I needed both bathrooms cleaned (tile and grout seal) which Michael and Mitch promptly performed. They were able to arrive ahead of schedule to get started. I like how they kept me involved throughout the process by explaining their steps and letting me review their work at it was completed. They also kept the house in order with corner guards and booties on work shoes, plus they mopped and cleaned up my carpets and floors that were in their work path. My floors looks like new and I feel good knowing that the shower is clean (they weren’t able to get some spots out of the grout due the excessive wear and staining, but it looks 10 times better and they set this expectation before starting work). Plus, their solutions are superiors and safer for my home. I would use them again for furniture cleaning needs!

The tile and carpets looked pretty good. I wish he could have gotten a couple of simple stains from the carpet though.
Very clean, no residue, friendly staff. I wish it was a bit more affordable. Cleaning of 2 area rugs is the cost of a brand new rug!

I would like to speak specific to the service, professionalism, consideration, politeness, etc. of the service agent, Michael, that came to clean our carpets. He arrived promptly. He surveyed the task at hand and discussed various factors about the cleaning process. He proceeded to go about the work that he detailed in a very orderly and professional manner. He was thorough and purposeful. He went beyond any expectation we may have had. In the end, I honestly do not feel the carpets have been cleaner before since the day we had them installed. And I might add, we are somewhat fanatical about the condition and cleanliness of our flooring surfaces throughout the house. Thus, we have our carpets cleaned regularly. This was by far one of the best all around experiences we have had. And we have had some very good experiences. Employees like Michael are extremely valuable to the success of a company. I can only hope that he is kept on staff as I will request him by name to service our home again. And I would be willing to wait to be on his calendar.
