The technician did a great job and explained how the pre treatment and service worked.
Our only complaint was that there didn't seem to be any smaller machines or corner attachments to get into some of the tighter crevices and corners. The technician got down on his hands and knees though to get into the tight spots which was appreciated. He also went over some very dirty spots x2 and didn't complain.
The floors did come out our great though. We will recommend in the future.

We have used Zerorez at our house in St Augustine and the latest adventure in our rental in Orange Park. They did an outstanding job! Carpet was cleaned and all stains were removed. We had the tile and linoleum cleaned in the rental and it looked brand new.
