Everything about the Zerorez experience was great. The technician, Dale, was knowledgeable, efficient, kind, polite, and considerate of our needs. We needed help moving a few light things since my husband recently had foot surgery and I broke my hand Monday in a fall. When he was finished our tile floors looked great and the whole house smelled so clean. I look forward every May to having our tile floors cleaned by Zerorez since 2011 when Dave first did my floors.

Great service - professional, friendly and prompt!

The initial cleaning was a disaster. The tech was either trained incorrectly or decided to do his own thing. 1 hour after he left, my house was tracked up with foot prints due to him not properly applying the grout sealant. I will give him credit, he did a good job on my upholstery though. While I was really disappointed with the initial cleaning, it appears the second one was an improvement. A manager came out and “retrained” the tech on some things that apparently occurred incorrectly on the initial visit. I appreciate the attempt to make it right and for that reason I give the experience a 7. Also, because the attempt was made to make it right, I will probably refer other people when asked.

Service was easy to book online. All services and cost were discussed prior to starting. They took good care of making sure the equipment didn’t damage the floor or walls. It was quick service and very professional.

We had ZeroRez come out to do our carpets and there were some spots that the tech could not remove. He informed us that was all he could do. The tech from last year was able to remove those same spots, so I called the company to convey my concerns. They were very apologetic and scheduled another visit. A tech named Kendall and Aaron came out yesterday and we showed him the areas of concern. He also was very apologetic and immediately went to work and was able to remove the spots completely from our carpet at no charge. He restored our faith in ZeroRez and we will definitely use them again next year and request Kendall for our tech. Thank you.

Your product and services are phenomenal. The technician, Jacob, was professional. He gave me a play by play of the process. I was informed from the spraying process to the finish, including the drying process.

I've always had a good experience with Zeroez and the techs have been exceedingly professional and considerate.

Austin was very personable and respectful. He did an amazing job on our worn rental carpet, it looks great.

For tile cleaning service do-over, I requested a different technician than had muddled the first job. Instead, the same technician was being sent out with a trainee to boot. Rescheduled a third day with a more experienced tech.

You machine doesn't do corners or edges.
