Take their time more tired of rush jobs
Jemoine was meticulous, polite and a pleasure to work with. He made sure our floors were clean and he did so while there was complete chaos at our house. We had other cleaning companies here at the same time and he worked around them, but reminded them to watch the floor! He is very proud of his work. Thanks Zerorez and Jemoine!

The technician showed upon time. He was courteous and did a wonderful job.
Carpets looked INCREDIBLE! Tile grout was inconsistent… majority of it looked great but there were many spots that weren’t nearly as clean as spots right near them (not related to high vs low traffic)

I am disappointed that he did not spend more time on a few of the obvious dirty spots both on the stairs and in the bedroom.

The workers are very professional, and they WORK! Hard! No odor or residue, and the carpet dries quickly.
Rug was burnt and turned brown in areas nowhere near the original stain. The rug when from having a 5in food stain to now being completely destroyed

Now that I have time to respond, the tech that came to my house was very friendly and helpful. The service that he did was a rush job, my hallway is not large/big at all. There are stains in the carpet in the hallway that I might have to get out myself. Would I recommend the company or use the company again, I would say no.
