We had low expectations, not because we had any doubt in the service, but because the carpet is in an older manufactured home and looked so gross. Colton did an awesome job! He suggested we go for the pet package, because we didn’t know if the previous tenants had pets. The before and after was like night and day! This makes us feel so much more comfortable as we start moving into our new (old) place.

I don’t think you really care why I gave a 7. Not the quality I was hoping for for this price point. For the cost there is no excuse for all grout near the wall to not be touched. Perpendicular lines and horizontal grout not done as the technician said he can’t get that close. So 2 inches off the wall no cleaning? There should be a disclaimer that the entire house would be like this. He also did not move the lightest furniture without me standing over him. Unfortunately I was upstairs so the downstairs had many areas he just skipped right over downstairs. I would have been happy to move the light entry way table and the couch (very small couch I can slide with my knee). I’m glad I at least caught the small wheeling wine cooler. It took a small push to the side so the scrubber could fit. Attention to detail and care when the homeowner is talking. He was very friendly but talked right thru me and did not acknowledge any of my concerns. I went to the store and bought cleaner, grout brush, and magic erasers to do it my self.
