Jacob, the carpet cleaning tech that came out was amazing. Great customer skills and he did a great job on the carpet cleaning.
We had an excellent experience with Zerorez. Scheduling an appointment was easy and I was surprised and happy when they had an appointment available the same day I called. Our technician called prior to his arrival and arrived within the schedule time frame. He recommended appropriate treatments based on our current situation. He was extremely accommodating and patient with our dog being home. He got started quickly and the job was done quickly. He showed me the midway point and made sure I was happy with everything during and after the service, and even moved some small furniture (at our request) to make sure he got the entire carpets. He was very respectful and considerate. Payment was a breeze. Great experience and excellent technician!!

Jaylen called before arrived exactly on time. He told me that with old carpet it would not look "new" even when he was done. He told me about the 3 steps and went to work without trying to upsell me the way 2 other carpet guys did in the past. His work was excellent. The carpet is quite old, but he did a wonderful job making it as clean and fresh as possible. He is a credit to your company!

We used Zerorez for the first time and was impressed with their work. They arrived on time and did everything they said they would do. Jake and Jim worked hard and explained what they were doing. They cleaned up after they were through and asked if they could do anything else to help us.
I will use them again and have recommended them to neighbors.

Great service, prompt and efficiency
the services of upholstrey and carpet cleaning where provided with professionalism and care. The techinician called prior to arrival and was on time. He hustled to set up equipment to reach our 3rd floor apartment. There was only a $25 extra fee for reaching the 3rd floor with only steps to use to access the apartment. After set up he set out to throughly clean the sofa that was caked with dirt from all the moving and all the children using it to eat on. He took extra care. I was amazed at the thoroughness and care to get out each stain. Carpets were thoroughly cleaned as well. The technician even called to ask about the bleach spilled on our carpet as to the options we had since we would be moving out of the apartment. The technician was professional, caring and thorough. I highly recommend Zerorez to all my friends and family all who are seeking a company that cares.
Individual who came out to clean my carpets, did not inform me that to move the couches myself, and had to then come back in and clean the areas that were under the carpet.
I told him I understood the company policy that he could not move the sofas. But, he should've told me so I could.
