My technician Henry was very courteous, professional & efficient. Did an excellent job of removing some pet stains out of my carpet and just did outstanding job overall. Would definitely recommend.

I wasn’t happy with the cleaning of my sofa and chairs. They weren’t really dirty except a little on one arm and the front of the seats. I pointed out these few areas. I looked at the arm which didn’t look any different. The tech said he’d go over it again. He went over a portion of it and it cleaned up nicely. Don’t know why he didn’t go the few extra inches to clean it all. Also don’t know why it didn’t clean the first time he did it. The fronts on the seats don’t look any cleaner. I didn’t ask him to redo those because he had all the seat cushions turned on their sides and piled up so I didn’t see they weren’t any cleaner. Several years ago the furniture cleaning was good. Not this time.

Your personnel are truly experienced and do a great job cleaning rugs. They work quickly and efficiently and are quite friendly. They clean up the area well, too. The treatment for getting out the cat urine is really effective; no more smell. The rugs look really terrific.
