From the person that answered my phone call and made my appointment to the minute Felton finished the job, the service was outstanding. Felton was extremely knowledgeable about the services offered, their prices and what products were used on different stains. His personality only made my experience with ZeroRez even better. My carpets looked unexpectedly beautiful! I added my 2 loveseats on at the end and am very pleased with the outcome. I have 2 cats and new puppies. After the services,my house looked and smelled so fresh. I will use ZeroRez again and will definite recommend it to others!

They do a great job, are on time or early and are very professional. I’ve use Zerorez for years and would highly recommend this outstanding company with highly trained employees.
I feel the information listed on the promotion e-mail was misleading. The promo says 25% off of tile cleaning. It is in very small letters at the bottom of the ad and in the middle of the paragraph that it applies only to a certain square footage. I was disappointed and felt this was a bait and switch situation. That being said, the tech was very good and he did a good job. One interesting point, the measurements of the same rugs has been different on different occasions. Who knew?!
