I have used Zerorez several times in our home and rental properties. Their technicians are always personal and professional. We just had Joshua do our rental property recently and you would be amazed at how much better the carpet looks!

Our technician, Jake, was prompt and friendly, was very meticulous, and explained in detail what he would be doing to service the various areas to be cleaned. We decided to do some tile cleaning while he was here, and he explained the process and the cost very well. He called before coming to let us know he was on his way, and spent a good deal of time thoroughly cleaning each area: two rooms of carpet, two area rugs, and two areas with tile.
The Technition was My Favorite so informative helptul with wanting additional services but not pushy. He took out glue in carpet last two guys said couldn’t come off and advised tried to clean a rust spot not aware of. My only complaint is that I wasn’t able to tip him more I divided after I clicked the tip amount & it wouldn’t let me go back…

Eddie did an amazing job of cleaning tile and grout that was neglected a filthy. He was positive, professional, and worked extremely hard to get the dirt and stains out. I would highly recommend Zerorez for tile and grout cleaning.

I had an emergency issue of mustard spilled on the rug and they responded within a day to help me. They also clean other rugs and did an excellent job.
