Very professional technician, great work cleaning the tile and carpet!
Very quick
The results were less than I expected and the cost was more than I thought reasonable. I thought $50 a “seat” would be appropriate. With a three seat couch and two chairs, I thought $250 plus $50 for miscellaneous for a total of $300 would be appropriate. The actual cost was $400 ($399.90).
I was told by the technician that the fabric could not get wet he would have to dry clean the pieces…which I had no issue with. However, one of the arms on the couch and three of the arms on the chairs were still not clean when he left…the areas where soil and body oil from hands tends to get onto the edges of the furniture. I went back over those areas with a damp paper towel and a tiny bit of Dawn dishwashing soap and was able to clean those areas completely.
Zerorez had been highly recommended to me; however, I am very disappointed in the results and highly unlikely to use the service again.
