The technicians were professional and worked quickly. We were very pleased with the final results.
First appointment was scheduled last week for 4 rooms. I was told no problem, that it could be done. Technician started at 10:30 and At 2:30 Only one room was completed (sofa, 50sqft carpet and 4 drapes). Second appointment was to be to take care of the remaining items that were missed in the first appointment (drapes, carpets, one chair). Drapes were unable to be cleaned as technician stated he was unfamiliar with how to clean them. 2/3 rugs were cleaned. One still has a massive stain without stain treatment being offered. Just overall unimpressed.

Communication between your website chat service and your local office is poor. I was quoted a price online which did not match the price I was built for at service. I did not notice it until after I had paid it and the check had left. So I requested clarification from the online number and was assured that someone would get back to me and address my concerns. No one ever called me. I ended up calling the local office and they clarified that my original estimate did not include sealing , I had no idea there was a difference, whether it was sealed or was not sealed as far as price. The online chat person also told me they could see my contact information, but showed no prior services. The technician that came could view all three of my prior services on his device. So I remeasured my floors for nothing. The lack of communication between the systems makes the company look quite unprofessional. However, the technician did a good job on the floors, and I was happy with the work.
The tech called before he arrived and was very professional. We didn’t have much to get cleaned, but he definitely took his time and did a great job! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

My technician, Harrison, was punctual, neat and thorough. He explained everything to me when he gave me the final quote. He communicated well, calling before he arrived and finished. I would definitely use Zerorez again!
The technicians explained the entire process prior to starting the work and showed before and after photos when completed. They were very professional throughout the entire process. They also ensured everything was returned to its proper place when completed. I would use this company again.

Caleb did a very good job cleaning our carpets, dining chairs and sofa. Made our light gray sofa look pretty close to brand new. It wasn’t nearly as costly as I thought and worth it for a great start to the spring cleaning season. I highly suggest you call and ask for Caleb today!

It was easy to schedule the service. The rep came in and explained what was going to happen and asked if we wanted him to show us wood floor cleaning. He cleaned everything we wanted and when he left, you didn't know he was here, except for the clean chairs.

I had been in dire need of carpet cleaning for quite some time due to having two aging huskies, so needless to say that accidents happen. I randomly saw a Zerorez van on I-295 on my way home and decided to visit their website. The scheduling process was super easy and I really appreciated that pricing was immediately available and transparent, not to mention very fair and competitive. I was able to schedule a cleaning within 48 hours and their technician Kaz was the best! Not only was he extremely punctual but also very communicative and extremely professional! He did an amazing job on my carpets and they look brand new and no more husky odors! This was extremely important because I have a one year old daughter and with her being mobile, I needed to ensure the highest levels of cleanliness for her sake.
