The person who came to my home to clean my carpet was very polite and professional. He did an excellent job on my carpet. It was extremely dirty, where vacuuming did nothing to enhance it's appearance. Now it looks better than when I bought my condo!
Fast, easy and economical
Zerorez provides great products to keep your home clean. I have been using Zerorez for a while now and no matter who the technician is they are very professional and friendly. Aric was no exception. Greeted me with a smile and a hand shake. Eventhough he was busy cleaning the carpet he still had time for casual conversation which made the process go by faster. Great company and great people.
Our service technician did such a fabulous job. He was extremely enthusiastic, happy to be there. I ended up throwing more items at him and he was excited to do them. I have to go back and find his name because I would request him again. Thank you

No soapy residue
Morgan did great work , easy to work with, HOWEVER, it is evident that there must be additional training that is needed to have the intake operators to learn some sense of customer courtesy and decorum that is now missing. i had to call in three times and talk to different people and in two of these times i had to go through an argument as to which department would handle our order. never mind the fact that our Church as delt with ZEROREZ for over 20 years. on one of the calls the call in attendant actually ended the call
we are so disappointed with the evident lack of properly trained personnel on the telephones
The carpets are cleaner than ever and the representative was quick and thorough.
