I love that when my rug was cleaned it dried within an hour or so. Antonio was so wonderful taking special care of my wood floors. I will absolutely use them again
Ability to remove some stains
Antonio arrived right on time with a warm smile and a professional attitude. Before getting started, he took the time to explain the entire cleaning process, what to expect, and answered all of my questions.
Antonio was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and professional from start to finish. He took great pride in his work, and it truly showed. Our carpet look and smell amazing, and the difference is incredible!

Things have gone down hill for you guys as a company and it’s truly disappointing. I’ve been a customer for several years, and have had you guys come clean MULTIPLE times. The only person with any professionalism and care for his job is Antonio. Here is some unsolicited advice as someone in customer service management: when a REPEAT customer calls you because there was an issue with their service, taking some ownership, apologizing, and doing whatever possible to rectify the situation is top priority. Not the approach your company took which was essentially to imply my husband and I refused the appropriate services we needed. Nothing makes a bad situation worse than calling a company to make things right and being made to feel as though you’re an inconvenience and having to essentially advocate for yourself. We were due for cleaning regardless, but our dogs had diarrhea in several areas on our upstairs carpet. That was the specific reason for our call and we took the time to show the other technician what needed to be done. Instead of offering the stain treatment (which I was schooled in by your “customer service rep” when I called) he sold us on odor treatment at $65/room. Our upstairs carpet is still stained in every single spot that we pointed out to him. Which was the primary reason for our call. To spend $400 and still have stained carpet is already frustrating, but then to call your office and basically be made to feel like my husband and I didn’t select the correct remedy for the situation was infuriating. Why would we have paid extra for an upsell when it wasn’t the correct/best approach? How is the onus on us as the customers to know what is needed to get those stains out? The call felt argumentative. When I questioned why the other technician didn’t offer the stain treatment, the excuse I was given is that they don’t want to upsell too much. Well, then why would you have sold me on odor treatment, but not the stain treatment, which was probably the best application given we called about diarrhea stains? And then the response I was given to that is he probably thought he got the stains out. With all due respect, I have bright yellow stains still on my carpet. So if your response as a company to a customer is basically to gaslight me, and stand behind the poor service of your technician, I’m pretty floored. The technician was in and out of here way too quickly, he was on his phone (on LOUD speakerphone no less) with my husband and I sitting downstairs. There was just zero professionalism. I don’t feel like he listened to our concerns. But again, I really am more disappointed in how the call was handled when I called back about the issues. To add insult to injury, the reservice has now been rescheduled three times. I don’t know if you guys read these and take these to heart, but you’re in a competitive business and you’re not the only company in town. When you get a customer who trusts you to come into their home repeatedly for several years, that should hold more weight. A reasonable consumer understands that things go wrong, it’s how you fix them that matters. You guys fell incredibly short on that in my opinion.

Customer service. I had to postpone several times due to remodeling delays. Joseph, our service technician worked very hard to clean our tile and did an excellent job. He went back over areas he wasn’t totally pleased with. Very personable, hard working young man.
The service tech Dalton was great and helpful. He even help me carry my bags into the condo.

We were very pleased with the tile and grout cleaning.
The work on our shower left a lot to be desired. The charge was $175 and we could see very little improvement, the corners were not cleaned at all. My wife worked on the shower floor with bleach and it looked 100% better.
My point is that we certainly don’t think we got our money’s worth….$175 and it looked virtually the same.
Love your products and the great services from the man who cleaned our carpet, he did a A plus job and I want him to get credit for doing a great job. Please let him know.

I know it will be done right, there's NEVER been a problem in the twelve years I've been using them. There's ALWAYS a professional to come to my home that is COURTEOUS and RESPECTFUL and also be suggestive in their products which is also a plus.
