Quick, friendly and arrived on time. The tech that cleaned my carpets and floors was awesome.
Had an area rug cleaned in a bedroom, my dog had an accident on it shortly after the cleaning - when I cleaned that up and dried the area with a white towel the amount of DIRT on the towel told me the rug WAS NOT CLEAN

Tile cleaning in primary bath did not get up to the edges and areas where the wand doesn’t fit. Couch cushions have darker areas that might still need cleaning. Finally, I resent the way we were pushed into an early cleaning date to get an advertised discount when you’ve been advertising the same 20% discount all week.
The technician was energetic and polite but I prefer someone with more experience.

Clean product and great service
When the service was done, the carpets looked almost new with a bright blue color. They also felt new with feet sinking down into the pile. The technician was very friendly and willing to assist our needs.
My technician was fabulous. I think his name was Kendall. He came to my house in Ponte Vedra Beach on Friday at 11 am. He explained everything and I added an additional service. Thank you, Kendall.

Prompt, friendly service
First of all, we were to receive notification of arrival at least 30 minutes in advance. What we received was less than 5 minutes. Then, the constant efforts to up-sell a product or products we did not require or want made the entire process less than desirable. Furthermore, the personnel and their equipment resulted in wet grass strewn throughout our home. So, no I really cannot say I would recommend your service to anyone else.
