I have a front entry rug that was cleaned awhile ago after a stain was on it. The technician couldn't fully get the stain out, advised me to let a mixture of baking soda and vinegar sit on it, which made it worse and turned the stain yellow. Had a supervisor back out to take a look, said I should have never been told to let that mixture sit on the wool rug. I paid to take it off site and have it cleaned and the stain was removed. Fast forward to my most recent services, I had the rug cleaned at my house and the original stain pulled back up. I asked a supervisor to come out and take a look as I was never told to not have the rug cleaned again due to that possibly happening. I asked the rug be taken off site and cleaned again, but not at my expense since I felt I shouldn't have had to pay for it the first time. He said he couldn't do that and could only offer to clean it again at my house. He did and the stain did lighten, however other stains were now pulled up and turned yellow. The rug is ruined.
I love everything about Zerorez and my technician Dalton. He is wonderful and he’s friendly. He’s very informative asking you questions seeing if you need anything else done before he leaves thank you, Dalton.

Both Jack and Albert did and absolutely amazing job!! They were both so professional, kept all areas organized and tidy, left the place better than it looked when they left! My AC is running so much better now, it's cooler and it smells so much cleaner after the duct work they completed with the air purifier installed.
The upholstery cleaning service by Antonio was above and beyond any expectations and he was so personable and friendly.

I was contacted a couple days before to move up the time for my appointment by 3 hours… so I agreed and rearranged some things on my schedule to help make that happen.
The tech actually showed up 3 hours late, it worked out to be close to the original time after all….
There were “lines” left on the carpet where water was not removed… like he didn’t overlap during the withdrawal
I went over those with a towel after I discovered them.
In another room, we can still see residual blotches. Note: this carpet was only 2 years old and was essentially clean to begin with… this actually looks worse than before

Professional and friendly and timely
The person that came to my home carried himself in a professional yet friendly manner the entire time he was there. He provided us with an estimated time for completing the job prior to starting, in addition to an estimated drying time upon completion. Overall he did an excellent job! I would definitely recommend Zerorez carpet cleaning services.
