The service Tech Anthony was great! He explained the process in detail. I had the carpet cleaned and the grout in two bathrooms. Turned out better than I had expected. Whould definitely recommend their services.

Zerorez arrived as notified. Their team foreman was present to oversee the efforts of a new employee in performing the cleaning. The cleaning was successful in returning the carpet to near-new condition removing the darkened traffic areas and removing the dirt and residue for the past few years' traffic. There were children's craft paint and food stains that the Zerorez team was not able to remove. In truth, the lightened carpet accentuated the food stains that remained. I also asked about the compressed areas from the furniture legs and was told their process would have no effect on removing those compressed areas.
I would employ Zerorez for future cleanings. They performed professionally. But I would also recommend other homeowners to reign in their expectations.
The tech did an absolute fantastic job cleaning my carpet.

Colton came out to do my carpet! He was on time, informative and hard working! He did an excellent job cleaning the carpets….I almost gave up on Zerorez after my carpet cleaning 2 years ago but Colton’s excellent job has kept me as a customer…I will ask for Colton in the future because of the excellent experience I had!!

We had washable rugs that are not the kind of rugs that can be cleaned at a persons home b/c we were told too thin. An upholstery cleaner was used after I suggested it.
You can’t really see a difference in my rugs.
The guys were very professional everything was explained clearly.

Excellent technician. Longer drying time than expected. High traffic areas with significant dirt remain discolored, but significantly improved. After new carpet install, using this system would maintain the new carpet look, better than attempting to clean 5-6 yr old carpet.

The tech who's name Morgan I (think) did an exceptional job. He even lifted thr sofa to verify the material. The first company just told me they couldn't do it. They lost on business. Morgan was also very friendly and professional. I stored your number for future jobs.
They do a good job cleaning my carpets and they have convenient appointment times. Technicians are polite and efficient.
The technician was entering my home without bootie’s and I had to ask him to put them on because his showers were very dirty like dirty old tennis shoes. Since I’ve had the service. My dog’s paws are red and inflamed and maybe reacting to the carpet protection spray or the carpet shampoo. I can’t seem to get my dog’s paws redness reduced. Also. My carpet feels stiff. And not soft after the service.
