Our service technician was amazing!! He was well spoken, polite and made sure I understood everything. I added a couple rooms but didn't feel pressured at all by up-sales. He made sure I knew the total price before he started so there were no surprises. While more expensive than "discount" places, the stress free experience and results were worth the extra money. My carpet doesn't just look clean it actually feels clean.

Excellent cleaning of thick carpet. The price is fair and the carpet dries quickly. This was the 3rd time they cleaned for us.
Daniel was a very hard worker who did a beautiful job. Overall very impressed. The only thing that has been a little difficult is my big area rug really struggling to dry. It may just be that it is such a thick pile and he flushed really well (appreciated.) Hopefully it will dry out before it gets musty. Think the fans I have on it are working.
