I appreciated that the employee from Zerorez gave me about a 30 minute heads up before he arrived. After I showed him what needed cleaned, he got to work and he did a nice job of cleaning our carpet. He walked me through the various charges to ensure I understood what I was being charged for.

A window of time to have our carpet cleaned was readily available, even though I called during the busy holidays. Our Zerorez ambassador called to let us know he was coming, arrived when he said he would and worked very energetically to complete the task at hand. He was polite, personable and very thorough. We have used Zerorez since you first came to Des Moines around 20 some years ago. Our carpet is 35 years old and unlike other carpet cleaners we've had previously, Zerorez leaves our carpet spotless, and it stays looking that way. Easy to schedule and natural, no chemicals which is very important to a household with a dog
After four months of dust and contractors in and out of our house, we thought our rug and carpets might be a lost cause. After Augie cleaned everything they look and feel great!
