The person was on time which is really important and very nice. I showed him the room's, stairs, hallway areas that were to be cleaned along with the large area rug 9ft x12ft. He explained the cleaning process. He went over the cost that I had been quoted which was correct. Then once he was finished cleaning the carpet he then explained the drying time table. He did a wonderful job and was very professional, along with having a wonderful personality. I will definitely spread the word

The technician was a very knowledgeable young man. He worked hard on every part of his assignment. He cleaned my air duct, shampooed my carpets, cleaned bathroom floor and grout. He was amazing, worked very very hard without a break. He was very respectful.
Professional and personable tech! I was extremely self conscious about the smell of urine in my home after having lost my 10 year old Great Pyrenees to kidney failure, which ultimately resulted in her losing control of her bladder, as well as welcoming a rescue with no potty training into my home. Tech was nothing but reassuring and kind, and left me with zero stains and zero odor. Left for vacation after cleaning and came back to a fresh smelling home. 100% will use again if the need arises. Thank you soooo much!!!!
