I use Zerorez regularly to clean my carpets due to a dog with bladder control issues. He continues to re-soil the carpet between cleanings but it's nice to have them cleaned to at least help with overall cleanliness in the house.

My 14 year-old carpet looks practically brand new after our Zerorez cleaning. The technician, Auggie was prompt and analyzed the problem areas before starting the procedure. He was very friendly and professional. He got to the service right away and in no time at all was giving me after-care instructions which are very helpful. I won’t hesitate to use Zerorez again.

The gentleman that did our carpet cleaning for us, was so friendly, professional, courteous and went out of his way to explain what he was doing. The showed us where spots might be a problem and the wear spots and afterwards showed us the spots had been removed, and that the wear spots might show up a little different color as they dried. We were very pleased with the work and especially pleased with out cleaner. A BIG ten for both.
