We had a terrible smell of cat urine in our living room from our elderly cat's accident. Angel, our technician, showed up right on time, listened to what the problem was, and got right to work. He even showed me what the Level 2 technique looked like. And wow, after he left and the carpet dried, the smell was gone. We had worried that we might have to replace this carpet, but now it looks (and smells) great.

They do a great job cleaning the carpet. It always looks and feels like new afterwards. Also the people they have working for them are always really nice.

I have used zerorez for many years. Every time a technician comes to the house they are professional, nice, and well informed about their product. The carpets look new when they are finished. I also had an air duct cleaning it was satisfying to see the dust leave the house.
