I was so pleased that our technician Mitch was able to get that awful cat urine smell out of our carpet. I'm optimistic now that we can get the cat to stop marking in that area.

We live in our Family Room so the carpet was filthy. ZeroRez came in and we were amazed how they could make that carpet look brand new!! Love the clean smell left behind too. I don't know what's in the water they use to clean but it worked for us.
