I love the fact that it is safe for kids and pets. As a home daycare provider, that is extremely important to me. I am amazed at how clean they got my carpet in my daycare room. That carpet has taken a lot of abuse and it looks almost brand new. Kyle, our technician was very friendly, knowledgeable and well-trained. Customer satisfaction is a very high priority for Zerorez. I was pretty happy with the original job, but had one concern about lingering pet urine odor. When I submitted my feedback on that job, they called me within 30 minutes to ask for a chance to remedy the situation, even though in my review I stated that I was overall happy with the job performed and was very likely to recommend them to others. They came and treated the area again at no cost to me. While the smell is still there, it is better and their willingness to work to make me 100% satisfied raised my opinion of them even higher. I have already recommended them to all of my daycare parents, friends and family. Thank you, Zerorez, for putting your customers first. Unfortunately, it is a rare thing to find anymore so it goes a long way with me when I find a company who does so.

One thing I would like improved on was on my wood floors which adjoined the carpeted areas, the overspray was not taken care of immediately and was slippery, also we found a couple circles where a can was set on floor it appeared and left a ring, however it wiped right up. So in short, a bit more attention to wood floors.

Matt, the representative was polite and considerate. He laid out all of our options and was very accommodating. He did a great job...we had some pet odors and they are gone and our carpets are really clean and fresh. We will definitely have Zerorez back to do our carpets again.
