What an amazing difference with Zerorez cleaning. I even had a friend ask if I'd put in new ceramic tile (which I'd had grout cleaned/sealed) - my tile floors are 14 years old!!

From the moment I picked up the phone to schedule an appointment, to when Michael the gentleman cleaning my carpets left I was extremely plesed with the entire experience. Customer service was excellent and my carpets look fantastic. Great job!

The gentleman that came out was nice and super fast! I liked the service and the bottle of cleaner he left. The one spot I had did not come out completely but maybe with the cleaner he left I can get it out. I was not impressed with your telephone customer service and I don't feel as though I am deserving of the home and garden show tickets as promised on your advertisement because of the conversation with the man on the phone. Other then that I enjoyed the service and the rep that did the work was great!

The person that did my carpets was very good at his job. He made sure that the stains were treated well,some of them I have tried to get out but Zerorez and his dilligence got stains out I thought would never come out. The whole carpet almost sparkled

I liked the following: the 40% discount, a timely appointment, the person who did the work and answered my questions, the fact that my clothes dryer now works properly, and the peace of mind that I no longer have a fire hazard.

Can't believe how well my carpets were cleaned. I had animal stains and smells and now my carpet looks and smells like new. Also I was let with a bottle of pet cleaner which was awesome. The young man was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely call again for my next cleaning.

What do you like about our products and services?

Our cleaned carpet does not "feel" like it has any residue in it, or have a lingering smell, as many other carpet cleaning processes leave behind.
