The technician who cleaned my carpeting was very courteous and professional. He did a great job even on the steps. He even gave me some plastic footies to wear on the carpet till it was dry. I really like the orange and lemon citrus fragrance. My carpeting looked like almost new after he finished and even the high traffic areas came out looking really clean, (and it hadn't been cleaned for 10 yrs). I like the way the carpet fibers fluffed up firm and not stiff or sticky. The price quoted was the price I paid. I have already recommended Zerorez to my daughter.

The only thing I'm a little dissatisfied with is your area rug cleaning price. I paid $60 for an area rug. The per room price for carpet was $37. The area rug was smaller than the rooms. Why would it be so much more expensive? And, the $60 was after the tech gave me a discount. I would not have an area rug cleaned again simply because of the price.

I had had carpets cleaned twice in the last year and didnt look any better after finished. I had heard your advertising through Pam on KIOA ang thought I would try once more. Very happy with results. I felt bad that I got my carpets cleaned and my sister really wanted hers done but thought the special was mis leading. It was advertised $37 per room she only had one room to get cleaned and was told it was $37 per room but you had to do 3 rooms. So she didn't get hers done. Im very pleased with the results. My husband said the guy that did ours was very very nice. Thank you I know who to call for the next time.

The service technician - Jason was so nice! I felt very comfortable allowing him into my home. The appointment was quick to schedule, the actual cleaning time didn't take very long & the great pricing allowed me to have the entire house cleaned. We just bought a new house and knowing the carpets are clean is a great feeling!
