You did a wonderful job. However, it took long then 4-6 hours for the drying time. More like l6 hours. Nevertheless.....I'd use them again. The serviceman was wonderful, kind and helpful.

The service was on time, efficient, smelled wonderful, and the results were as advertised. Also, I didn't feel nickel and dimed. $30 to put protectant on all of my carpet which I had never done in the 8 years I've had the carpet was an excellent deal.
