As advertised, there didn't seem to be any residue left in the carpet that made it stiff to the touch.

Product seems to have done the job expected, dried faster than anything we have ever used and smelled great! I had my tile floor cleaned and it looks like brand new tile. AWESOME. My carpets are also so clean and all spots are gone. GREAT JOB. The person cleaning my carpet and tile was very professional. Will recommend Zerorez to all my friends.
I am actually waiting to see that the carpet cleaned does not attract dirt quickly but right now I am very pleased. The carpet is so soft.

Gary was very knowledgeable about your product and what it will do and what it cannot do especially for carpet that is not good quality carpet.
