When I called and made our appointment, I could tell the gentleman that answered the phone was not in the mood to make an appointment. He was rather short and curt with his responses to my inquiries. At that time, I did start to question whether I wanted to have your company come in to clean our carpet but my husband and I have both heard your commercials on our radio stations and wanted to give it a shot! We're glad we didn't let his mood deter us from having you in our home! We are very pleased with the results and again, we were very impressed with the professionalism the rep was that cleaned our carpet!
