the service rep that did the work was friendly, honest and efficient. He called us in advance and we had all the furniture moved out of the room. The difference in the carpet was amazing!! After four days, it still looks great. He told us if we had used a chemical spot remover on the spots, some of them may come back through again and some of them have but it is okay. Do you sell some spot remover that doesn't have chemicals in it that we can keep on hand?

They do a good job, the house smells so nice and fresh when they are done. I was very impressed with their professionalism and how friendly the technition was.
If the Scotch Guard holds up like they say it will then my recommendation will go up but until then I'll stay at a 9.

No smell, dries quickly,above all it seems to stay cleaner longer. The service is great. They let you know when theywill come and then call just a few minutes before they arrive.
