Matt, the tech that came before, happily came out and spot cleaned and advised me on what to do with future stains. What a professional, charismatic, and pleasant guy. He told me the all the prices up front, there are no hindden fees and he didn't try to selling extra services. The guy was very polite, he told me before he started on my furniture that some stains would not come out. He let me know all the prices up front so there wasn't any surprises. And he did not try to sell me other services. And I asked him to go over a spot one more time when he was finished and he was very polite and I am very happy with my results and the service that I got. He even dribbled some water on my floor while he was cleaning my furniture and he cleaned it up without me having to ask. Thank you to ur company and to my service guy!!!!!

The procuct is a great product. I'm disappointed that the 3 steps that are part of my traffic area did not get done. The room and the 3 steps are the same area and the same carpet. Now I have clean carpet in the room and traffic worn carpet on the steps in the same area. If steps are something that cost more, then I wish it would have been brought up ahead of time or during the job. It would have been 3 to 6 more swipes of the wand. When I called, I specifically said my traffic area was the problem.
