Carpet dried quickly. Smelled very clean and fresh. The technition was very knowledgable, explained everything, and was very efficient.

The employee was very good about explaining everything he would be doing and how the cleaning process works. I was most happy there would not be soap residue left behind. Our carpet still looks great a month later.

The carpets turned out great and are softer than they've been in a very long time.

The only thing I don't like is the time frame given, the first time it was between 10 AM and 1 PM they showed up at 1 PM, the 2nd time it was between 1 PM and 4PM they showed up at 1 PM. We have to take time off work to get the carpets cleaned a 3 hour window is a long time that is a 1/2 day of work. The serveice was top notch, the time frame is the only thing I don't like, I still will recommend your service and I have already. Thanks for doing such a good job.

The man who cleaned our carpets/stairs told us in advance what he was going to do, how he would do the cleaning, etc. He was very professional and did a very good job.

My only suggestion would be to tell people up front why it's crucial to know about pet accidents as I initially thought my house must smell because of the multiple times I was asked if my dog ever urinated on the carpet.

Comapny and service providers were professional. I spilled tea on a bedroom carpet. When I asked the service provider who was present to clean another carpet how to clean the tea stain, he recommended a Zerorez product. It worked like a charm and I no longer have a tea stain in my bedroom. It worked as the service provider said it would. I am somewhat embarrassed to say that I spilled tea on a carpet in another home and the stain never went away though the company said it would if I used their product. I have had many rug cleaners in many houses and Zerorez is the only one that really cleans the carpets and stains do not return. I have recommended Zerorez to my neighbors.
