I was impressed with how friendly the service member was and how he explained what he was going to do. I have a small home so it did not take long but he got to work and was finished in no time. He gave good instructions about how long to wait for carpet to dry. We recentlyu moved into our older home and the carpet had some spots on the carpet. It looked just like new when he was done.
