The technician was extremely knowledgable and polite and explained the entire process that he would be completing. He was extremely thorough in his cleaning and made sure to talk to me about after care of my newly cleaned couch. He also spent time answering a couple questions about other issues in our home and gave several options for treatment. He wasn't pushy which I entirely appriciated.
